Aus den Ergebnissen wird anschlie?end ein Ma?nahmenkatalog zur Implementierung von Gender Diversity in Unternehmen erstellt. Verglichen mit den 27 EU-Mitgliedsl?ndern liegt Deutschlands Anteil von weiblichen F?hrungskr?ften in allgemeinen Leitungspositionen, 2008 mit 30,9%, nur auf Platz 11. Aus betriebswirtschaftlicher Sicht zeigen diverse Studien und Ergebnisse, dass Unternehmen, mit einem h?heren Anteil an weiblichen F?hrungskr?ften wirtschaftlich erfolgreicher sind. Das Potentialprinzip Gender Diversity nutzt die unterschiedlichen Potentiale und erh?ht dadurch die wirtschaftliche Leistung von Unternehmen. Konkrete Ma?nahmen des Gender Diversity erleichtern Frauen den Aufstieg in h?here F?hrungspositionen. Es entsteht somit eine Win-Win Situation f?r die Frauen und das Unternehmen. In einem Praxisbeispiel der Daimler AG kann sich der Leser einen Eindruck von der erfolgreichen Umsetzung von Gender Diversity verschaffen. Ein Hauptteil dieser Arbeit erkl?rt die Unterrepr?sentanz von weiblichen F?hrungskr?ften und untersucht dabei gesellschaftliche und politische Aspekte.
